Refund policy

We work our family around the business so if you don't turn up this impacts our planning and ability to fill empty lesson slots significantly.  We realise sometimes things don't go to plan and will try to accommodate if we can. 

 

Please contact us if you are going to be unable to make your lesson. 

 

Less than 24 hrs prior: Non Refundable 

Minimum 48 hrs prior:  50% Refund

Minimum 72 hrs prior: Full refund

 

We reserve the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees from your refund.
